What’s the dose?
Take 1 capsule daily. Each bottle contains 60 capsules. Each fast release capsule contains 600mg of NAC (N-Acetyl L-Cysteine).
Are there any precautions?
Individuals with bleeding disorders or those on blood-thinning medications should avoid taking NAC, as it may have an effect on blood clotting.
Are there any side effects?
NAC may have an unpleasant odor that makes consumption difficult for some individuals. In general, you should not experience any side effects. However, if you do, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting your doctor.
